— Rules Governing Your Account & Use of the Platform

01Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

02Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the no77 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you unequivocally confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and no77. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

No77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

03Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the Services offered on no77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. No77 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. This requirement is firm and non-negotiable. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at no77's sole discretion.
• You must be registering as an individual, not acting as an agent for or on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction in which online gaming is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee, contractor, or director of no77 or its affiliated companies.
• Your account details, including name, date of birth, and contact information, must be accurate, complete, and truthful. No77 will rely on these details for KYC verification and withdrawal processing.

Each player is permitted to register one account only. The existence of duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, contact details, device, payment method, or IP address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. No77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

04Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your no77 account login credentials. No77 will never request your password via any channel including live chat, email, or telephone. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

All no77 player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following general terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash, subject to availability and applicable minimum deposit amounts.
• Deposits are credited to your no77 wallet upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment processor. No77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account wallet.
• No77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — funds must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and KYC verification status.
• No77 reserves the right to request documentary KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically 5–15 minutes; HBL and UBL bank transfers typically 30–90 minutes; other methods may vary.
• No77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may extend processing timelines.
• No77 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges.

06Bonuses & Promotions

No77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and Loyalty Program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any funds converted from bonus to real money can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from accounts without replacement.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.

07Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all sports betting and live casino products on no77:

7.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to available funds in your no77 PKR wallet at the time of placement. No77 does not extend credit.
• Bets placed via the no77 platform are binding once confirmed by the system. No bet may be cancelled or modified by the player after confirmation, except where a dedicated cash-out option is offered and is currently available for that specific market.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered at no77's discretion. Market suspension, odds changes, and market removal during live play are normal operational occurrences and do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, cancelled, or significantly altered from the scheduled format before completion, no77 will settle affected bets in accordance with the applicable sporting rules published in the sport-specific betting rules section of the platform.
• No77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds where a manifest pricing error is identifiable. Players will be notified of voided bets and their stake returned.

7.2 Casino Games

• All live casino games on no77 feature real human dealers operating under studio conditions. Game outcomes result from genuine physical events (cards, roulette wheels) and are not computer-generated.
• Slot games and other RNG-based products use certified Random Number Generator technology audited by the game provider's relevant certification body. RTP figures are published by respective providers.
• In the event of a game disconnection after a bet is placed and confirmed, the round will be settled according to its actual outcome. If a disconnection prevents bet confirmation, the stake will not be deducted.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the no77 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. No77 reserves the right to immediately close accounts and forfeit balances associated with any such activities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the no77 platform under any identity, device, or payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to lock in guaranteed bonus profit; or any other scheme designed to extract bonus value in a manner not intended by no77.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Using stolen payment credentials; initiating unwarranted chargebacks or payment reversals; submitting falsified KYC documents.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted automated betting systems, or any other software designed to provide an unfair advantage or to circumvent normal platform operation.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players in a live casino setting to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players at the table.
• Match-Fixing Participation: Placing or facilitating bets on sporting events in relation to which you have non-public information or are involved in any scheme to influence the result.
• Money Laundering: Using the no77 platform in any manner designed to disguise the origin, nature, or ownership of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the no77 platform by any person under 21 years of age.

09Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the no77 platform, including but not limited to the no77 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, audio, and video materials, are the exclusive property of no77 or its licensed content providers. No element of the no77 platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from no77.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the no77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no77 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the no77 platform or any part of the Services;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond no77's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data by third parties where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or account calculations that are promptly corrected upon identification;
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or financial loss resulting from participation in gaming activities on the platform.

No77 does not warrant that the platform will operate continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform and use the Services at their own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are adequately secured.

11Privacy & Data

No77's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, and platform use is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By accepting these Terms, you additionally consent to no77 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming monitoring. 12Responsible Gaming

No77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form a binding part of these Terms:

13Account Closure

Upon closure, any real-money balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method provided there are no pending KYC, fraud, or bonus abuse investigations. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

13.2 Closure by no77. No77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent, money laundering, or match-fixing activity is identified or suspected;
• The player is found to be under the age of 21;
• Compliance with regulatory requirements or licensing conditions necessitates account closure;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted and the exclusion period is active.

Where no77 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, no77 reserves the right to withhold any or all funds held in the account pending investigation, and to forfeit funds where the breach involved financial misconduct or fraud.

14Amendments to These Terms

No77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, no77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the no77 platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which no77's operating entity is incorporated under its international online gaming licence. The applicable governing law shall not be affected by any conflict-of-law principles that might otherwise apply based on a player's jurisdiction of residence.

Dispute Resolution Procedure: In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the no77 platform or these Terms, you are required to first contact no77's customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution.
